All orders to the UK are post free.  Post and packing charges will be added overseas orders depending on the total value of the order.

Refunds Policy
Barbara Thompson Designs is happy to replace any item in a kit which is unsatisfactory or supply any shortages. We will also answer any stitching queries or problems by e-mail or phone. We are happy to refund money for any cross stitch kit which is returned to us unopened.
